RFQ Details

PRODUCT AND SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Corrugation type should be trapeziodal

2. Base metall should be steel (galvanized steel. anti corrosive
layer should be about 1,700 microns (1.7mm thick).

3. Paint type should be such that will able to withstand the very
temprate weather in lagos Nigeria which is the place of use. we have
max temperatures of up to 46 degrees centigrate. they should use this
as a guide.

4. The content of sandwich panel should be such that will provide an
average dampering sound of *@******************** bandwith of
125+400 hz the roof material should be able to reflect at least 90%
of the sun and transmitt only 5% of absorbed heat to the internal
part of the roof.
5). Prefered thickness of the sheet should be 0.7mm.

6). Prefered width after corrugation should be 1000mm.

7). Prefered lenght after corrugation should be about 10,000mm.
8). Quantity is 35,000 sqm.

9) Final destination is Lagos, Nigeria.
